We're Tom and Erin Burns, and we're so glad you're here.

As Wisconsin natives, we've always believed there's something special about bringing people together. Whether it's a Packers game, a family celebration, a concert, or a weekend away with friends, some of life's best memories happen when everyone has a comfortable place to gather. That's exactly what inspired us to create The Field House.

Our Story

Hospitality has always been at the heart of what we do.

Before The Field House, we created The Green Bay House, a private Packers game day destination that has welcomed fans from across the country and around the world. What began as a place to gather with friends has grown into a unique community built around Green Bay football, lasting friendships, and giving back.

Each season, The Green Bay House brings together hundreds of friends, family, and visitors for Packers weekends while serving as the home of our annual Ultimate Tailgate & Raffle. Together with the incredible support of local businesses and community partners, we have raised tens of thousands of dollars for charities supporting veterans and families in need.

That experience reinforced something we have always believed. Great hospitality is about much more than a place. It is about bringing people together and creating meaningful experiences.

When the opportunity came to create The Field House, we wanted to carry that same philosophy into a luxury vacation rental. Every decision, from the thoughtful design to the premium amenities and personal service, reflects our commitment to creating a place where families and friends can gather, reconnect, and make memories that last long after their trip to Green Bay.

From the fully renovated kitchens and spacious living areas to the custom Packers inspired artwork and carefully selected furnishings, every detail was chosen to create a place that feels welcoming from the moment you walk through the door.

Whether you're enjoying coffee before heading to Lambeau Field, grilling with friends after the game, or relaxing in the hot tub after a concert, we hope The Field House feels like your home away from home.
